During times of organizational crisis, team members must realize and understand that, the Organisation & their Leaders need their immense support. It is the responsibility of each and every team member to become immensely valuable to their organisation during such times & strengthen their contribution to bring back its glory.

Team members must focus their energies on how can they offer themselves to the organizational success, which is beyond any individual or person. As the organisation grows, each person connected with the organisation also grows.

Challenging times bring out the true character and mindset of team members and it is during these times, efforts have to magnify in order to accomplishing revival and recovery process at a rapid pace.

Finally one must understand that team members of character take into account their moral obligations to their organizations and only accept their deserving praise or reward.
